We love cheese in this house, and definitely loved the local cheese challenge. I have made mozzerella, farmer's cheese and even aged cheddar cheese in the past, so I have an appreciation of what it takes to make a great cheese (and mine were not always great.) I am thankful I got to the Longview Market for Beer Washed Tomme from Lancaster's Farm Fromage before the snow starts to fall. To be honest, the name is what got me. Beer and cheese together seemed like a great combo to me.
